Shipping Policy
The following policy is set forth for the delivery of products purchased by the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser") from the operating company MOLUYUKA & SAI (hereinafter referred to as "Operating Company") to the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser"), as follows:

Once payment has been confirmed, items will usually be shipped within 2-10 business days.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days after receiving the order confirmation email, please contact us via the inquiry page .
Please note that in the event of unavoidable delays in delivery due to force majeure (※), such as natural disasters, bad weather, or server downtime at the retailer, the contract may be terminated.
The relevant person will be notified in advance by email only if the contract is terminated.
*Force majeure refers to events beyond the reasonable control of the operating company, including natural disasters, bad weather, server downtime of the operating company, restrictions on actions and import/export restrictions based on policies of governments (including local governments), government-related agencies and national governments (including local governments), etc., as well as disruptions to social order including wars both domestic and international.
4. Specify delivery time
We accept requests for delivery times.
( Delivery times: Morning , 2 pm-4pm, 4 pm-6pm, 6 pm-8pm , 7 pm-9pm )
Please note that there may be cases where delivery is unavoidably delayed or the contract is terminated due to force majeure (※) such as natural disasters, bad weather, or server downtime of the seller.

5. Check delivery status
When the item is shipped, the operator will send the purchaser a shipping completion email. The email will include a tracking number, so please enter the tracking number below to check the delivery status.
- The URL of the delivery company listed in the shipping completion email sent by the operator to the purchaser
- The URL of the delivery company listed on MOLUYUKA's official LINE account
6. Change of delivery date and time
Changes cannot be made before shipment has been completed. Please contact the shipping company yourself after shipment to make any changes.
7. If you are not at home or the delivery address is unknown
If the recipient is not at the purchaser's address or the address specified by the purchaser as the delivery destination at the time of delivery, the delivery company will leave a notice of absence and the purchaser will be asked to arrange for redelivery.
The storage period for parcels is 7 days from the date of initial delivery, and if the storage period expires, the parcel will be returned to the operating company.
Please note that if a product is returned to the operator and then re-shipped, new return shipping and delivery fees will be incurred.
In addition, please note that if the address provided by the purchaser is invalid and the delivery company determines that the delivery address is unknown, or if the purchaser will be absent for an extended period of time and it is determined that it will be difficult for the purchaser to receive the product, the operating company may decide to refuse redelivery and cancel the order.
