Important Notices and Requests
・The event venue is located on the first basement floor of an apartment building (stairs only, no elevator). As it is difficult to navigate the stairs, we recommend that you do not bring a pet cart.
・If you are coming to the venue in a pet cart, staff will help you move it. Please park the pet cart in a safe place on the first floor, then press the intercom in front of the venue entrance or contact a staff member inside the venue.
・Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the venue. People must remove their shoes at the entrance, and pets must wipe their feet before entering.
・Please have your pets wear etiquette clothing whenever possible.
