【Delivery】
Ordered items will be delivered by Japan Post to the address you specified on the delivery address input screen.
We also accept requests for delivery times. (Delivery times: morning, 2 pm-4pm , 4 pm-6pm , 6 pm-8pm , 7 pm-9pm )
For orders over 1 million yen or orders that exceed Japan Post's size limit, all orders will be delivered by Nippon Express's valuables transport service, so we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times or cash on delivery.
We cannot accept orders to a delivery address where the purchased items may be transferred from the specified delivery address.
We will accept your desired delivery time, but please note that your order will usually be shipped within 2 to 10 business days after we receive your order and confirm your payment. (Excluding the New Year holidays and retailer holidays)
If you have not received your order within 10 business days after receiving the order confirmation email, please contact us via the inquiry page .
Please note that there may be cases where delivery is unavoidably delayed or the contract is terminated due to force majeure (※) such as natural disasters, bad weather, or server downtime of the seller.
The relevant person will be notified in advance by email only if the contract is terminated.
